This policy covers kdgm.com.au and any subdomain of it. Kurgel Digital Marketing is a trading name of Kurgel Pty Ltd ATF T & N Family Trust, ABN 50 195 517 763.
What we collect
- When you fill in a form. Your name, business name, email address, phone number if you give it, and what you tell us about your business and your ad spend.
- When you book a call. Your name, email address and the time you picked, held by our booking provider.
- When you visit the site. Standard analytics — pages viewed, roughly where you are, what brought you here, what device you used. We use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel for this.
Why we collect it
To answer you, to work out whether we can help, and to see which pages and ads bring people here. Nothing else.
Who else sees it
Our form and database provider, our email provider, our booking provider, and our analytics providers. Some store data outside Australia. We don't sell your information to anyone, ever.
How long we keep it
Enquiries: two years from your last contact with us. Client records: seven years, because tax law requires it. Analytics: as set by the provider.
Cookies
The site uses cookies for analytics and ad measurement. You can block them in your browser and the site will still work.
Getting your data, or getting rid of it
Ask through the contact form. We'll send you what we hold or delete it, within 30 days, unless we're legally required to keep it.
Complaints
Contact us first. If we don't sort it out, you can take it to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
